I recently visited a clinic in Tahoe to establish myself as a patient while feeling very ill due to a long-standing infection. Unfortunately, the physician's assistant I encountered seemed rushed, condescending, and showed a lack of empathy. She even questioned me about rolling my eyes, which I assure you, I did not do. It was a very uncomfortable situation and this experience left me feeling unheard and I walked out in tears. I strongly recommend seeking assistance from a different healthcare professional. She did not address the issue I came in for and the experience was completely negative.
