Dr. Wainwright is pleasant enough. However, the office in general is disorganized and not very professional. You need to be sure and question costs on everything. I confirmed with the office that they accepted my insurance. However, the office neglected to inform me that there was a separate fee for dilation. When I returned to pick up my glasses, I was told they forgot to charge me $39 for dilation. I wrote a letter to Dr. Wainwright. Never received any response.
