"Ken took the time to thoroughly understand my injury (distal bicep tendon tear), as well as the surgery I had to repair it, and my activities since that time. This level of rigor was a refreshing change from other PT experiences I've had where one is whisked through and given a "cookie cutter" treatment protocol that's not as personalized as it should be. Ken then spent the remainder of our visit (which was my first), deftly working the injured area which resulted in an immediate improvement in range of motion and reduction of stiffness and swelling. All the office staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very impressed and feel I made the right choice in selecting RPT for my rehab."
