I had a good experience with him as a provider. I See the other reviews, and that's what encourage me to leave one. For me, he was very personable and understanding. The only issues I had with my treatment was because I was using Done ADHD. That isn't really his fault. I was never late for appointments, I think it's important, especially in telehealth, to be on time because they are tightly sched. If you are late, You are actually taking up the time of someone else's appointment. If you accommodated everyone being late, He would end up having to Cancel the appointment of someone who didn't deserve it. He was my doctor for about half a year before done shut down, and was one of the better telehealth providers I've had. I was trying to get his info to reach out to him for my records when I saw bad reviews. Just felt the need to put in my ten cents. I do wish he would have reached out to me when the website shut down, But I don't think that was an option. Legally to be honest.

Poor Service
Telehealth
Unfortunately I was transferred to this guy using Done. Had a consultation and suggested to cut back on add, which I did. Also, he wanted for me..not him to reach out and ask my primary if it is okay to take this medication . Then I received this message. “You have not sent me clearance from the VA to continue stimulant medications as we discussed in our first appointment, you have also started back on xxx which also was discussed to not take with a stimulant. I am having to place you up for discharge. “First, we didn’t discuss me taking tdol. I didn’t “start back” I’ve always had a rx I just get it filled as needed every three or four months as needed. Furthermore, my dog takes tdol used for very mild pain. if it was a problem then why has the VA allowed me to use it for the last three years? Next do your job. You should reach out to my primary and ask, I shouldn’t have to, now you abruptly cancel a prescription that should be tapered down. You are on a power trip get over yourself.

Cancelled my husbands telehealth appt for ADHD med follow up discuss side effects because he was 3 minutes. Reporting him to the state board for charging for an appointment and refusing services. There is no 3 minute late policy.
