Telehealth
Mr. Kavanaugh canceled our appointment before we even had a chance to meet him based on the information we gave him on the questionnaire. We are a family looking for help for our son to explore his feelings of being transgender and how best to support him when he’s made his decision. My son and I completed the forms together, which I explained in my answers. Mr. Kavanaugh was cruel and offensive with his reply in canceling our appointment before even speaking to either of us. He accused me of being coercive and that my son needed to refer himself even though we completed the forms together as my son asked for help. We reached out because we’re struggling, and it was like a slap in the face.
