I think Kelsey is awesome.
I have been a patient for several years and always felt appreciated and respected. She is thorough and exhaustive with her approach. Sometimes doctors are good at their job but lack proper grace when talking with patients. She manages to do both very well.

Extremely condescending.
I have had Kelsey as a primary care physician for about 3 years now and she talks down on you as a person. Does not listen to your needs and is extremely pill happy. Do not go to her with serious concerns. She doesn't listen very well and makes a lot of guesses. Also since she is a nurse practitioner she cannot do many things you'd need done.

During the office visit she left the examination room to consult with Dr. Spector, leaving me feeling insecure about her abilities. By the end of the visit she stated "I'm at a loss" and referred me for a MRI. Several days later, she telephoned me and stated she believed I had one of 2 serious brain disorders. Ms. Terrone should not have delivered such news by phone and without being qualified to do so. Several weeks later, a specialist advised she was totally wrong!
