She doesn’t get back to patients when they call for urgent problems and denies prescriptions for no reason then doesn’t let you make an appointment in order to get said denied prescriptions. This has happened to me twice and the first time she seemed empathetic and said that this wouldn’t happen again and guess what it happened again. Her staff assured me that she would get the message and the Dr would call me. She never called so either the staff lied to me or she just didn’t call me me back.
