Kelly was very personable, also respects the rights of the homeowner regarding the unlawful "mask mandate", knowledgeable, thorough , willing to pursue further any unsolved issues and helpful when queried as to uncertain issues.

RUDE-DISRESPECTFUL-TOTALLY NON PROFESSIOANL! 1 star is too much for Kelly Birt! She was my mother's NP in AHC Nursing & Rehab Center, who seemed nice in the initial conversation to discuss my mother's meds. She "asked" if the appetite stimulant could be removed. I agreed but IF she lost weight from not eating, she would add it back in. She agreed. 3 wks later after my mother had all but stopped eating, I tried to get her to talk w/me. She wouldn't. I kept asking to no avail. I reported her to her superior but no response. Eventually I saw her at AHC and approached her to discuss the appetite stimulant. She refused to talk to me, period! I was 2 ft away from her & she repetitively told me to talk to someone I'd never heard of... She was totally rude, disrespectful, & unprofessional! Later I looked her up online and found that she'd had criminal charges against her. I would not recommend her to tend to a sick cat much less a human being.
