First impression of him was him complaining about parking at my building (this was on call booking). He then proceeded to be argumentative/rude about every little thing I asked or said. He would make comments that were unnecessary & just completely rushed the entire experience. I did not feel comfortable with him as my provider. He needs to find something he enjoys doing. This is a customer service, health CARE role & he was plain rude the entire visit. Very unprofessional & shocking behavior.
