I got a bad vibe from her the first time we met, but it was for our teenage son, so I let it go. She was shocked that I was with my son his first visit & I simply asked 'don't you want to speak with me on his first visit?' She said 'No-this is for him, correct?' I was shocked. Then as time went on, she only spoke with our son.(Regarding his appointments) She over charged his visits not once, but twice. She wasn't billing our insurance right away.She also showed the lack of care when my son was in the hospital.Last straw was when I finally had an interaction with her on the phone-she had complete attitude the entire conversation. When I asked why-she just kept saying that she didn't. When I asked her a third time & how I didn't appreciate it, she completely yelled at me & hung up on me. She's completely unprofessional. As a professional for so many years-her character is not that. This whole experience was unbelievable.
