No nurse for questions to get passed to doctor in productive way.No attempt at asking questions about past vertigo history.Tests showed I did not induce vertigo in office so left with no recourse other than call and reschedule if vertigo symptoms include room spinning.Felt forced out even though I wanted to learn more about what would be causing constant vertigo every time I am lying down for an activity or sleep. Or that I can't even close my eyes without symptoms.Can't un-ring a bell. So I just walked out speechless...I will remove my review if I could get a prognosis for my symptoms. Even if the future is just that some people have this and its sucks and there is nothing we can do. My take home point for doctors when there is nothing you can do during that visit is to be prepared to clearly state that to the patient so one of their needs isn't, 'Did I just get cold service or is there no education or actions that I can do to improve my symptoms with chronic vertigo.'

Was referred by my sons pediatrician for a hearing evaluation after he failed one octave in two separate tests. Talking with her she had such a self righteous tone when I inquired on wether he failed the same octave both times or different ones, as it would change wether or not I'd be even scheduling an appointment. After telling her I didn't need to spend over 100 dollars for her test if it was 2 different octaves, she very smugly replied it would only be 80 dollars(as if I haven't already been billed by her hospital for the exact same test with my step daughter, also as if 80 dollar as is, is a trivial amount. She offered know information, told me she was just referred and was not at all helpful. I contacted my sons pediatrician and found it was in fact to separate octaves, called her back and after explaining things to someone that knows her job, she still wanted to discuss that i assumed it was mora than 80 dollars(I didn't assume, I know) not everyone sees $80 the same "dr"
