Kelly Lucas

I have had the same provider for going on 5 years and she has been wonderful. I feel like she listens to my concerns and is willing to direct me in the right direction to get results.

Today Kelly refused to see my oldest son. She see's all 4 of my children. From the start the office staff acted like scheduling my children was a problem. Kelly saw my youngest two on the same day. 3 days after they were seen in the office they were both diagnosed at an urgent care facility with tonsillitis. Which leads my to believe they are not disinfecting properly at the office. I had my two oldest scheduled for the same day but called a week prior to the appointment to reschedule the oldest ones appointment due to a sports schedule conflict. I was disappointed in the care received by my 15yr old. She did not pay attention to his health concerns. Then today when she refused to see my oldest, she personally marked him as a NOSHOW after 15 minutes past his appointment time and did not want to allow me to reschedule. Kelly Lucas is very full of herself and provides a subpar level of care to the patients she is actually willing to see.

I've tried to make an appointment for my 5 yr old grandson twice. The lady that answers the phone isn't super knowledgeable and the 2nd time I called, because an appointment was made for me and left on voicemail, I was on HOLD for an HOUR AND A HALF!!!! I can't say anything about Kelly since I obviously can't get in to see her, but they need better office staff! UNBELIEVABLE! Guess I'll find a doctor outside of Shawnee since no one accepts sooner care or in this case answers the phone!

Excellent! She’s very patient and understanding! Her nurse is great too!

She is knowledgeable, attentive, balanced and personal. She gives time/ doesn’t rush yet is efficient. Also, friendly and cheerful!
