It was a hassle. I made an appointment. The morning of they canceled. I rescheduled wirh same person. When they called to remind me, it was with the other NP. No explanation when asked. I arrived at the appt and they were canceling that afternoons appts. I love Kelly. She was fantastic. I scheduled a follow up with her. The day before the appointment I got a text reminding me. 2 hours later, they call and cancel the appointment because Kelly no longer works there. I tried to reschedule with original one and couldn't get i to April. What a mess!! The office staff seemed lost.
