I have been working with Kelly for a little over a year, and during that time I’ve experienced significant transformation. In addition, I appreciate the way she compassionately points out areas where I am responsible for changing my thinking or behavior - even when (actually, ESPECIALLY when!) it’s something I may not want to hear. Her truth-telling is always accompanied by actionable strategies and most importantly for me, accountability. Her use of EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy have created changes more quickly and thoroughly than I could have imagined.
