Something happened right before my appointment and I had to take care of it immediately. I actually was in the facility already and decided to let them know that I was going to be late 10 min. I was there 7minutes early btw. Ms. Guest said NO when a nurse asked her to let me be late 10 min to my appointment. If I decided to leave they would have charged me anyway and they couldn’t offer another appointment to reschedule. Then they left me in a waiting room for another 20 min before somebody showed up finally and called out my name. I hope she enjoyed the money they made that day from me and my insurance because I am not going to be her patient anymore. That time my blood pressure was as high as never before. This profession is supposed to be about people not about money.

Miss Kelly is the best! I have tried finding a Doctor's office that would work for me for over a year and a half. The first visit with her, I never have looked anyone else! She is patient and friendly, takes her time and doesn't try to rush you out the door. I would recommend her to everyone!

I wanted to use no stars the service I received from this practitioner was lower than poor I go into her office no patients before me and still had to wait over 45 minutes then once in the back had to wait for her another good 30-35 minutes then in the middle of my appointment with her she walks out to go discuss another patient that wasn't in the office then that nightmare of a visit got even worse including false test results changed test results unnecessarY test plus more but not room to type

Kelly takes the time to listen and address concerns and problems appropriately. The staff are friendly and office clean and convenient.
