Kelly is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She is not pushy (trying to push sales) but is very caring. She truly seems to want to provide you with what is best for you and she thoroughly explains the whys and wherefores of her suggestions. If she is able, she offers suggestions on how she might improve the quality of the hearing aid that you already have unless she truly feels that it is time to order something newer. She is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. You leave her office feeling very good about your visit and the decisions that you made.
