Never shows up on time
Left waiting 35 mins AFTER getting into the exam room despite it being a 8:15am appt which I was early for. Couldn’t wait anymore as I have a job too & staff couldn’t care less.

Kelly's patient-centered communication shined during my visit. She is so helpful in explaining things, making me feel comfortable (physically and mentally) to be able to ask questions, raise concerns, etc. She gets it and I'm fortunate to be her patient.

Kelly was wonderful and provided excellent care. She was thoughtful, friendly, and took her time explaining everything at a perfect pace. She oriented me well to what was going to happen and made me feel at ease for an uncomfortable medical procedure. She made the whole visit very pleasant and I would highly recommend her to anyone
