Kelli, is AMAZING! there aren't enough stars to rate her compassion and kindness. She not only has a great bedside manner, but she listens and thoroughly checks ALL things. I moved over 45 minutes away and still would only see her (she was worth the drive)

More than one visit over time. All went very well and helped me with all my issues, sent me to places I needed, eyes doctor, imaging, and other specialists. Tackled my a1c like a champ. Office staff was great, very friendly and quick to get you in.

I agree with the bad review given as well.She lacks what it takes to be a medical professional as far as communicating and addressing serious concerns from her patients.I had a loved one's concerns go unheard and even questioned.Had they not gotten a second opinion from a different medical provider that actually heard and investigated the concerns further,I can honestly say that I don't think my loved one would be alive today had they not gone with their gut and stayed advocating for themselves.I would not recommend her to anybody.

I felt like Kelli really listened to my concerns. She was knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed. Great bedside manner! We came up with a plan of care together.

Pompous, entitled practitioner. But this isn't even the worst of her issues. I've seen her twice and both times, I was quite concerned she wasn't a real NP. While performing a physical, she pressed down on what I assume was an ovary which elicited some discomfort. Her response "Oh, that's just your bladder". What? my bladder? Um, my bladder doesn't lie on my lower right side. And why would any organ have pain when palpated? She was nervous and moved on quickly. Then, after checking my ears, she said "they look good". I told her I had some pain in my left. She said, "oh, I better really check them then". SO she didn't the first time? That's scary. She must be verrry new at this. Her knowledge of anatomy and basic conditions is limited and honestly, questionable. I will not be returning. Be warned, if you have any serious concerns or diagnosis, you may want to look elsewhere.
