Poor customer service! For Dr. Kelly I was a new patient- had to schedule 4 months out because of booked appointments, never received 1 phone call or text message the week before/day before the appointment. I received an email from "Internal Medicine-Pediatrics" and didn't noticed until the day I thought was my appointment (hard to remember from 4 months ago about a 8:30am appt on a Monday!). I figured the appointment was scheduled wrong because I wasn't going for Internal Medicine and I am not a pediatric Patient so I figured being a new patient that was the wrong appointment. I needed to see a new Doctor because I take Anxiety medicine and waited 4 months to be seen and they told me because I "no-showed" (with absolutely no reminders besides an email the check in for an appointment the day before) they will not see me. This is what you tell people with depression/anxiety? Heartless.

My first time seeing Kelli I was very comfortable with her. She would listen to everything I had to say during my visits. I am sad that she will no longer be at USF

Kelli was very thorough and concerned for my health. I felt very reassured that I had found great replacement for my first great primary care after she left for another position. I am very satisfied with the care I received.

Doesn’t care about any issues patients have. If you question her diagnoses she will kick you out of the practice. I am reporting her conduct to the state medical board.

Kelli is a really good listener. She has been my nurse for almost 3 years and has helped me manage some issues that have been extremely difficult for me. She is down to earth, compassionate and her concern for me motivates me to stay aware and focused, withput feeling overwhelmed.
