I was filing a complaint against another counselor, and Kelly Perkins buried my complaint, to protect her colleague who missed my reports.. Horizons has nothing in place for complaints, they bury them all. There are better people and companies to go to.. when I advised her supervisor what she did, Kelly came out and said well I documented it.. lol, so she wasted three sessions taking what I thought was filing a complaint, and did absolutely nothing with it.

Not a good counselor
Comes off as a scatterbrain, always looks busy looking for papers or on her various monitors. She did not remember one thing from visit to visit and she was always late for our meetings.
