I I really appreciated your thorough professionalism in every aspect. If I had a specific question and you were unsure of the answer, you sought the appropriate answer to my questions. You were kind, considerate, and for once not a condescending health professional. You made me feel at ease and saw the procedure through from the very beginning until the time of my discharge. You actually appeared like you enjoyed what you did and that is “helping others.” I hope that if I ever find myself in this or a similar position again, that you’re on board.
