Kelley, You Failed To Fulfill Your Obligation!
PART FOUR:Late on Thursday November 21, having still not having heard any resolution from Kelley, I contacted her supervisor Janelle, and explained my situation. Janelle then contacted Fenn Bachmann at A.O. Fox. Fenn in turn, contacted me, to set up an appointment for the following day, Friday, to have my double blood transfusion administered.Due to Kelley abdicating responsibility to follow protocol, in placing a written referral and verbal authorization, I spent three extremely stressful, unnecessary days networking, just trying to get authorization for my blood transfusion.
