Keith Ellis, PT

Keith is the physical therapist I wish I had found a decade ago. Keith listens well, but more importantly, explains the what and why without making me feel incompetent. I've been told by 12 therapists that I need to do 100's of bridges to strengthen my glutes to relieve pressure on down the chain. However, Keith is the only one who thought to check to see if my glutes were even activating. Seems simple, right? I've always shared my PTs with at least 2 other patients, and not once have I had to compete with another patient at Innovative. These are only 2 examples of why I recommend Keith. As an aside, Sherry (front-office) and Marissa (PT) are great as well!

Keith is amazing! I had a very complicated condition with my pelvis, hip and spine that Keith helped me with. He really used his knowledge and his personal connections to help me heal successfully over a long stretch. Without his real interest in me getting better, I’d still be in pain. If you’re looking for someone who cares DEEPLY about you getting better, Keith is your therapist!

This is my second experience in therapy with Keith. I feel like I'm in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, and works with you in a kind way. I have sent 4 of my friends to him knowing that he will get them back to good health. I highly recommend him.
