I’ve met with other counselors but it just wasn’t the right fit. I can laugh and cry in my counseling sessions now, I feel really comfortable. Having telecounseling helped me to have a place I could safely spend time expressing my gender identity and talk about the topics that were important to me. It’s not always about my gender and I don’t feel pigeon holed into not getting treatment for other things going on in my life. I’m glad I didn’t give up on counseling!

Kayla is an awesome therapist. She is very profesional. She helped my family she also gave my family resources to understand better our Journey and gave our family good communication skills. She also is great with staying on topic and helping us staying on topic.

Kayla is such a helpful and reaffirming counselor. She navigates my anxiety in a way that makes sense to me and my relationships have gotten healthier. She always… ALWAYS genders me correctly and believes the things I know about myself and is sure to incorporate that into my sessions. She has been understanding and flexible with my ever changing work schedule. There was a point in time where I was not ok and she came in early multiple times never making me feel like she was too busy or like she did not care about me. 10/10 fully recommend! She will genuinely care about your mental health.
