No. Ever since my daughter has had to see her it's been nothing but a headache. Putting a pt who is Non weight bearing in a brace and no crutches until we have to come back. Smh. Then a week later puts her on crutches. We have to fight for an MRI AFTER ER DR said she needed one to see what damage was there. The list goes on and on and on. Latest one after ER Dr gave my daughter RXD medication this WOMAN turns around and gives her steroids. Wth is she thinking. HAD She done her job right from the first appointment- We wouldnt be at this point. I sure wish we would have been given an MD and not this particular person.

I went to this practice for the first time a few days ago, and was very positively impressed with the level of care, attitude of the staff, and interest in follow-up. I saw Kaycee Whatley, FNP, who definitely knows her stuff. I feel like more than my injury was treated -- I felt like my whole person was treated. I was referred by my neurologist because of numbness in my hands, but she treated more when she found indications for other problems. I feel safe in her care.

I can not say enough about Kaycee. She is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and creative people I have ever dealt with in the medical profession. My senior mom broke her kneecap and Kaycee and the staff at Longview Ortho have been amazing. I highly recommend her for your ortho needs. Our journey is not complete at this time, but I have the utmost confidence that the rest of the journey will be as great as the beginning. Also, a big thanks to Shannon, you and Kaycee have been awesome!

April Gatson M.D. referred us to Longview Orthopaedics for a small procedure. Kaycee Whatley, FNP, profeciently attended to my wife, professionally assessing and treating the issue at hand, while explaining the cause, the treatment, and requirements for a full and speedy recovery. Now well resolved, this was the first surgical treatment as a patient in my lovely wife's 77 years. Now retired, (B.S. MLT and Board Certified) she praised the entire Staff for their caring, calm demeanor and attention to detail during her visit. Nurse Whatley, thank you for taking care of my bride. I have had wonderful experiences with Kaycee Whatley. I have 2 teens in high school sports and both have needed injury care in the past 3 months. We have come in for a broken wrist with my son and recently, a sprained knee with my daughter. Both visits were very informative and comforting. I greatly appreciate Kaycee's skill for relating to my children. You do not see that often in the medical field and it is invaluable when your kid is nervous and needs to know what is happening with their body. I was very impressed with her manner with my teens and was surprised when Kaycee walked in, greeted me, and then turned directly to my daughter... looking her in the eye and treating her with care and respect. She answered her many questions with attentiveness and concern. Getting hurt is super stressful, but Kaycee made the scary situations we were dealing with much more bearable for both of my kids, and mom too!
