Poor communication

My wife had one minor bad experience with her due to lack of communication with FNP Love and she blacklisted her from all 5 Novant Lakeside offices, creating a major travel inconvenience for us. If you take her as a provider, do not let her know about your issues with her, one private message about lack of response to necessary prescriptions was all it took for this response.
