Kay Lakey, RPT

Kay Lakey is an amazing physical therapist. I saw her for years back in the 1980s and '90s. When I moved to West Seattle, the drive was too much of a slog and I had to find someone else. But if I still lived in the north end, she would be my choice.

I chose Kay Lakey PT due to her wholistic as well as integrative approach to Physical Therapy. My professional training and interest was seeking someone who would help me deal with chronic conditions yet help me overcome them so I could upgrade my exercise capacity as well as stay active as I age. Combining manual therapy with exercise, retraining as well as osteopathic approaches, laser and natural remedies, Kay provided Me a progressive approach to chronic conditions which were impacting my active lifestyle, esp with aging and the desire to be active up into my 80s. She partnered well with me in my keen desire to progress beyond mainstream ideals; she was interested in my concerns and goals. Kay provided instruction that will move me forward until I can again see her for the next upgrade in my therapy program. I recommend her highly. .
