Dr. Kay is an extraordinary clinician who is authentic, present, and reverent while playful and light. Her background in depth psychological traditions allowed her to guide my exploration of the deeper meaning of my experiences while also offering some concrete behavioral strategies that really suited my needs. She held space for me to express a lot of heavy pain and sadness and I could really feel her meeting me right where I was. I really wish I could have had more sessions with her but I left the area. I took notes during our sessions and still go back to them and find more and more beautiful insights over time. I can't recommend her highly enough.
