Katy is one of the kindest and caring psychiatrists I’ve ever met. She truly cares and will do whatever necessary to make the medicine work for you. She thinks outside of the box. I am so thankful for her.

Ms. Frazier is one of, if not the best provider I’ve ever seen for my mental health problems! She is always so caring and friendly! My appointments are always extremely pleasant. I truly feel like she wants to help me and not just see more for her paycheck.

I can not say enough good things about Katy! During our first appointment, she took the time to listen to my history, ask questions, and really understand my needs and concerns. She took the time to have a conversation with me and get my feedback on a treatment plan. Her demeanor is very down to earth, friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and kind. I have been going to a psychiatrist for over ten years and over those ten years I've had both bad and good experiences with different psychiatrists. I've been seeing her for the last six months and plan to continue to work with her! Katy is absolutely the best physician I have ever met with and I highly recommend her to others. As of now (October 2020), she is seeing patients at North Alabama Family Psychiatry & Counseling in Madison, AL. I have also had a good experience with the office personnel. Amber was friendly and helpful with my billing issue.
