Not a professional business!!
What kind of business is this? Most of not all businesses charge upfront or verify insurance before accepting and seeing patients. Why was this not the case? I guess being friends and trying to scam people is what this place is about. Also NO professional business will ever send you text messages with the other parties private info. Why was this the case? There's is a protective order against the other parent to not have our information shared with her yet 'her friend' Katrina sent her our info. Where do I file a complaint? This is wrong on so many levels!!!

My daughter has gone too many counselors and none of them help her the way Katrina has she is a great counselor and I would recommend her to family and friends
