We were visiting Colorado on vacation when my 8 year old son developed a horrific rash on his back, legs and arms. Being out of state we tried telemedicine first, but when the prescribed treatment failed to show improvement We went to the nearest urgent care. Katrina Plassmeyer took time to research what the rash could be based on our description of preceding events and provided a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Within a day my son had visible improvement and relief in his symptoms. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with such an outstanding provider who listened and took the time to evaluate my son. If you’re ever in need of acute care and able to see her as your provider make sure you stop in and ask if she is available! You will be so glad you did! Thank you again, Katrina!
