She was awesome to work with. She took her time in laying out the groundwork of connecting my desires to actionable goals to help me achieve what I want out of my health. Before this appointment I felt overwhelmed trying to figure out how to navigate healthy eating but after see Katlynn she made me realize it is achievable if we take it one step at a time.
