She Is always very kind and knowledgeable. When you leave there, you know you have been given the right diagnosis and treatment.

Staff were polite and timely in getting me in. Katlyn was thorough and great in explaining, even a sense of humor referring to moles she wasn't worried about as happy and healthy. Would recommend to anyone for their skin care needs

10 minutes is not enough time for a new patient. I was barely looked at and she said she new what was wrong with me immediately, said the diagnosis, but did not write it down or explain anything about it. Hair and skin issues can cause issues with psyche as well and it would have been nice to have clear instructions and a diagnosis as was promised. I walked out with a little peice of paper for another 10 min appt in 3 months. The topicals prescribed were for acne, which I don’t have. Out of desperation I tried them and they do work. I believe she knows her stuff, but her manner was rushed, dismissive and not comforting at all. I called the office and left a message for them to call me back with the diagnosis and never heard back. Finally I found someone else who helped me figure out what Katlyn told me my diagnosis was. I still don’t know for sure because no one will call me back. My personal experience was awful. Maybe it was just a bad for her? It certainly was for me.

From the front desk staff, to Sue, the kind and friendly nurse who took my history and Katlyn’s exemplary care, my appointment was definitely a 5 star experience!I was impressed with the warm and personable manner of every staff member I met.Katlyn explained each one of the skin concerns I had and treated each. I instantly felt her genuine interest in me as her patient.I left the office knowing I have finally found my medical home for skin care. It took me two years and some bad experiences to do so, but I am grateful for the referral by my brother to US Dermatology and its beautiful facility and professional and caring staff.
