I am diabetic 1. I was on vacation and my medication was lost . I called Katie to for a temporary remedy to avoid unhealthy sugar levels. Her secretary was rude and discourteous. Told me Katie would not speak to me call back i few days. I explained my agent for tslim pump told me to call Katie because there is presciption-less insulin but Katie needed to explain the dosing. After pleading and begging over multiple calls I was reluctantly informed and now Katie discontinued to service me.
