Terrible bedside manner
I came in with acute appendicitis, but wasn’t taken seriously. Was harassed about wearing my mask properly, instead of concern after I communicated that I was having breathing difficulties. Because my “vitals were good” Pizura could not comprehend that pain might cause breathing issues. She was rude and seemed as if she was going to look for security over a face mask, instead of helping me. It was like she would rather my appendix rupture before taking me seriously. I should mention that I was already sitting in ER for 3 hours at this point. I had to push to get the scan which confirmed the appendicitis. After those results came in, I did not see her again.
