Katie was very nice she eased my concerns about my blood work results. She explained all my numbers in detail and listened to me as I expressed how I felt about my result. When I asked for suggestions she told me what she would do. She made me feel like i was important, she did not rush me out. She put my concerns first. I would highly recommend Katie.
