Katie Knox, NCC

My husband and I were referred to Katie Knox when we lost our baby at 37 weeks. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and showed no sense of empathy whatsoever. On the phone, she referred to us as "the people with the stillborn," which is extremely insensitive. When we finally did get into see her, she had double booked us and continued to show unprofessionalism while speaking with her other client on the phone in front of us. I would not recommend her for any sort of counseling, esp. grief.

Katie is empathetic and has really helped me with my illness. She is very professional and returns calls & texts promptly. She runs her appointments on schedule but you never feel rushed and the waiting time is short. She is a very positive person. She also offers Saturday appointments. I see her in her St. Clairsville, Ohio office which is very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Katie.
