Amazing improvement
Katie is both professional and personable. As a 69 year old hiker, grandmother of four young boys and a person who enjoys an active lifestyle, saying Katie's knowledge and work have improved my life is no exaggeration. I initially sought help with bowel incontinence which has improved. She has also greatly improved my ability to enjoy my life by improving both knee and hip flexibility, reducing pain when hiking, playing with the boys or traveling. I highly recommend Katie!
