Katie Dunne, PA-C

Katie Dunne is cold, lacks any kind of compassion for concerns, and is condescending. She blamed a serious medical condition on anxiety, I ended up in the ER and she never apologized or even called to follow up. She refused requests for urgent communication which led to me getting injured in a fall. Awful. Would give zero stars if i could.

I’ve had both in-office and telehealth visits with Katie Dunn, who is always thorough, and who takes the time to cover everything. She listens well, and I am very confident in the medical care I receive.

Katie Dunne is very thorough, detail oriented, and a great listener. I feel very confident in her advisements, and assessments of my health. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and it has been easy to schedule appointments.

I just have to say Thank You so much Katie. If you didn't examine me on my first visit with you, (June 1st, 2023) I don't know what condition I would be in today. When you checked my lungs and heard that gargling noise and set me up for a CT scan, and you were right. Cancer Cells. Well, since then I had the surgery, very good surgeon Dr. Fabian, Albany Med. and now I am recovering getting better and better. Just have to go to the next step. One day at a time. Katie takes her time she is not one of those DR. s that rush you in and rush you out. She cares. You answer my questions that I have so that I can understand them. Also, I don't want to leave Dani out of this, lol, but you both are great. Dani takes her time, talks to you, knows when I am feeling down, and I have to say by the time I walk out the door I am in a very good mood. I will see you soon. Take Care, D.C.

Katie Dunne missed an obvious health condition that I have had for years, that even an inexperienced health care professional would have noticed. Also: There was an obvious breakdown in the lines of communication between Dunne and her nurse. I had to address several issues a second time with both of them. The main culprit here though, was Dunne. So DONE with Katie! An RN that I know, advised me to not allow her to treat me further. Good riddance!

Katie is an excellent, thorough practitioner who will guide you through all of your health care needs. She actively listened to all of my concerns, answered questions and addressed health conditions promptly. My father and I had great experiences with Katie as our health care provider. She is a great practitioner worthy of entrusting your health care to.

I visited katie dunn for a uti yesterday. She didn’t want to hear my history and talked over me. Treated me like a child! I’m 47! She said my results were negative and she was not going to give me antibiotics to treat. I told her I’ve had them my whole life and I know what it is. She flat out refused and sent me home in pain. I have never been treated like this in my life. Where is the compassion?

This was my second appointment with Katie Dunne and I really liked her! She was very thorough in her examination and questions! She is a keeper!

This was my 1st appt. with Katie. She was caring, asked lots of questions and listened to what I was concerned about. She really got to know me in one appointment. I appreciated the time she took to go over all my health concerns and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her.

If I could leave “zero stars”, I would. I would not recommend Katie Dunne to a pet hamster. I have never met a provider who seems so uninterested in a patient’s concerns as Katie Dunne. She treated me like I was an inconvenience the entire time and made me feel so unimportant and belittled me. When speaking, she cut me off and talked to me like I was a child in a pediatrician’s office. In addition, she seemed bothered by my concerns and the amount of medications I was taking. I will never be back to see this PA and I would not recommend any person seeing her.
