Great doctor!
I'm a disabled Veteran who is being seen outside the VA healthcare system. She was very thorough and found out what was wrong with my eye very quickly. She explained everything to me and explained the treatment to me. I felt very comfortable while in her care. Oh, and she is hot!

Knowledgeable and friendly
I had not been a patient of Dr. Phan's optometry clinic until a visit three weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised how the staff as well as Dr. Phan treated me, as their patient. The Dr. seemed knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to treat me as a person rather than just a patient who generates income to their clinic. Definitely would recommend.
