I needed to be seen more quickly than my regular Doctor could fit me in and I was seen by Kathy Howard. My experience with Kathy was great. I felt heard, she addressed my concerns up front and honestly, and resolved my issue during the visit. I would happily see Kathy again and would recommend her to others.

Kathy and her staff were terribly unprofessional. When she left the room after my visit I heard her tell her entire office about my condition and the questions I asked. This is a HIPPA violation and was deeply embarrassing.

Staff is terribly unfriendly. Took me off the schedule because they had me at an appointment time different than what they had told me. Frustrating internal process to get back on the schedule that day. I just left. Not going back to GGC for ob gyn anymore.

She doesn't seem to care about patients and their questions. She tried requiring me to come in for an office visit every three months for a contraceptive renewal. My annual exam was still current, with no abnormalities, and it was the same prescription from my previous provider (only reason I left was because he retired). Her office staff is incompetent & took over 2 weeks to send the Rx info to a TX Walgreens, of course after arguing about the bogus claim that I needed to be seen every 3 months

Having had blood test ran and being diagnosed as being in full-blown menopause at the age of only 43 I found Kathy Howard to be truly in sensitive to my needs and at times came off being very rude and even though I may have been overbearing and full of questions - I was experiencing menopause scared and could've used someone with a little more sympathy definitely not a very personable lady

Dismissive of concerns and totally patronizing if you have any questions. It's clear she wants you in and out as quickly as possible and you should definitely hope you have nothing major come up.
