My experience with Dr. Kathryn (Katy) Spurrell at SD Sports Medicine was overwhelmingly positive, uplifting, and overall very beneficial. She was always personable, listened to her patients/clients, and spent an appropriate amount of time with them. I sustained my injury playing competitive volleyball, so naturally I preferred someone with experience rehabilitating athletes. Luckily, she has a proven track record of working with injured athletes, so that was a huge plus (and a reason why I sought her out). Thank you, Dr. S!!

Came in with extreme back pain. She has put me on a fitness program that is working very well. I would recommend her to anyone immobilized by muscle or nerve pain.
