I have a list of medical issues and Kathryn thoroughly reviewed my records in advance and was very conscientious about scheduling the appropriate tests to determine the source of my concerns. She was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and supportive.

Never have I felt so washed to the side without care. The Endocrinology team has taken entirely too long to improve since they came to this location. I stuck it out in hopes their move to the Riverfront location would be a vast improvement, but I couldn't have been any more mistaken. Also embarrassed. The endo's know what they're talking about, but the staff around them are basically clueless, except for the only one person who actually seemed to know what they were doing, fought for my issue, but because no one else could understand a single thing he said in English, he couldn't help or he would have. Hands-down, the rudest care-givers on the phone. That's if you get a call back. They will talk to you like you are a child, without any care. They have no regard to necessity or urgency at all, whatsoever. If you are going to be without life-saving hardware, systems, and medications, you're on your own. There is no respect for this, at all. You're just a number, and you'll feel like it.

By far the WORST medical "professional" I have ever experienced in 22 yrs of dealing with pain. She knew not of what she spoke. She was so very unprofessional with her insults, insinuations and innuendos. What a disgusting individual.
