Kathryn Rudd is truly terrible doctor. She could not install the tubing correctly leaving it upside down and I had to correct it myself. She was rude to an elderly patient, being argumentative and had no patience with her. Anyone that works at an audiology or hearing center should know that speaking louder does not always help for those with hearing losses. Stay away from her and this place.
