Katie is an amazing professional. She treated my son recently, she was incredibly thoughtful, asked detailed questions, called me a few times to ask further questions so she can understand his situation better. She went beyond her job to be helpful to us as we live outside the country and my son only had limited time to schedule various appointments. When they could not take him for the radiology appointment, she called them to plead on my behalf and managed to get him a spot. Thank you Kati
