The staff is great and Kathy answers all my questions. Great experience with adjusting to wearing hearing aids. Kathy is very patient and made the process easy

Kathy was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, caring. She was able to help me get a grant to pay for hearing aides. The aids are GREAT! I can understand in a crowded restaurant, large partied, the connection to my phone is prefect. I also had a allergic reaction to the earpiece that came the my aids. The grant also paid for my ear molds. She will go out of her way to help you. She was at a nonprofit before. So money is not her first priority. Her first priority is to you and your hearing.
