She is the worst! My last appointment I was waiting an hour after scheduled time before I was seen. Kathryn was rude & dismissive about making patients wait extended amount of time. Every time I gave an issue they refer ne to my PCP when it's a GI related issue. I am actively searching for GI care out if the Froedtert network because of this clinic.

Katie was unprofessionally late during my times meeting her. It's understandable for healthcare providers to intermittently run behind schedule but for it to be a chronic problem is not acceptable. The time of patients is valuable as well. She unethically bills after arriving late. She fails to explain all treatment options in an easy to understand language and often seems rushed. Your time and health would be more valued by seeing a different provider.
