Katie does an excellent job listening, asking good questions and explaining the plan of care recommended. She never makes you feel rushed, and she offers so many helpful suggestions beyond just procedures and prescriptions. I have really appreciated how she is able to offer lifestyle changes, suggest supplements, or dietary changes to help with my symptoms instead of just quickly writing a prescription as some of my past doctors have done. She offers a very holistic approach, but I also have every confidence that she will prescribe medicine or suggest procedures when necessary. It is so refreshing to have someone like her in the medical field who really looks at the big picture! I have really appreciated being able to see her and she has helped me so much!

I have been seeing Kathryn Hachuela for several months now and could not be happier. With other clinics I've shared my symptoms and have felt like I wasn't being heard. With Dr. Hachuela, she actively listens and asks a lot of questions. Because of this, she was able to order the correct tests and now I know why I've been so sick. With the diagnosis and care, I am feeling so much better, all because she not just listened, but heard what I was saying.

Kathryn is always on time and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and I feel I'm getting the absolute best care from her.

My first visit was May 1st 2024. I was referred by an anesthesia nurse who’s works with this office. Katie was cold and uncaring, very dismissive of my pain, I’d been sick for months. She immediately suggested a Colonoscopy and Upper Endoscopy. I had to beg for an ultrasound to check for gallstones- which I had and were completely dismissed as atypical of my symptoms. I was supposed to have a CT which insurance declined. GACS never returned PenRad’s call or my call to straighten things out and reschedule the CT. When I called to complain about the lack of communication I was told a manager would call me back- no one ever called. I’ve found a new GI and am seeing fast results. Don’t waste your time Katie was useless and the company clearly doesn’t care about its patients. Extremely disappointing.

I sincerely appreciated the time and attentiveness Dr. Hachuela provided me. She was engaging, caring and took the the time to listen. I very much recommend here as a health care provider.

I have had one appointment with Katie. As she took in my long history, she seemed to have a good understanding of ‘the big picture’ and was able to give some helpful suggestions. While on vacation, I emailed her about issues I was having and she responded quickly. I plan to continue with Katie!

I had not seen Katie before but was very impressed with my visit with her. She was very thorough and probed to try and get to know me and the conditions I was struggling with. I could tell that she was concerned but made me feel at ease. I had a few follow up questions and she was very quick with her responses.

What has impressed me about Katie is her attentiveness to my questions and concerns, post-visit. I haven't seen an in-network provider in a long time due to our quick, non-caring health care system. Katie breaks that mold. She listens, asks questions, and makes suggestions--often through their portal system after I have left the office. I'm grateful to have found her!

Katie was very responsive to my questions and seems very knowledgeable and experienced. She listened well and considered all of my symptoms, providing options as I seek continued treatment and improvement for my condition.

I have the pleasure of working directly with Ms. Katie. Now some people may think that makes me bias, but the truth is that's what makes me UNBIASED. I get to see her on good days and bad days. I see her with all types of people and from all backgrounds. She is extremely smart and so good at what she does. She is always trying to improve, always continuing her education, always trying to be better. I always felt if after working with a provider if you would allow or want them to treat your family that is the highest compliment, the highest trust you can give. I have worked with a number of providers through the years and that trust, I do not have for all of them. I definitely have that trust for Ms. Katie.

Kathryn has been helping me through various struggles with SIBO and other GI issues over the past few years. She provided me with well-rounded solutions that contributed to my treatment. She's quick to respond to messages and that's a huge plus in these times.

Katie takes the time to talk about my health from a whole body perspective, not just focusing on my GI issues. It is important to me that she supports my wishes to look at natural alternatives vs prescribed 'conventional' medicine. My appointments are easily informative and always have set a plan forward which includes frequent followups ensuring we are moving in the right direction.

Katie is excellent with gastro care! She is knowledgeable, caring and does an excellent job of communicating and keeping me informed! She explains things very well and digs into things to get to the root of the problem whether research or consulting with colleagues. I highly recommend her and GACS!

Katie is super thorough and easy to talk to. She has a variety of ideas to implement to help with your current health struggles. I didn’t feel doubted or rushed, which is quite unusual with providers today. I left with a plan and next steps, knowing exactly what to anticipate. I highly recommend meeting with Katie and having her in your corner to achieve better health outcomes.

Katie takes the time to find out exactly what is going on and asks all the questions needed to help with the issue. If one thing isn't working, she knows how to determine the next step to see if that will work. She is thoughtful, kind, and very knowledgeable with gastro issues and how to fix them. Katie works in Dr Sidorenko's office, who is available for consulting and for doing a colonoscopy or endoscopy if needed.

My mom, who is 90 has problems with hemorrhoids. Katie was so kind and caring with her. She has gone above and beyond to help her with this problem. We highly recommend her. She is fabulus

Katie listens and takes the time to truely understand the uniqueness of your situation. It is not cookie cutter and in and out. She respects you as a person and that can be hard to find. I appreciate her looking outside of the box for resolutions and help in trying to get relief for the issues you are facing.

With Katie’s help and direction, my quality of life has been restored. She checked on my status through the portal frequently; I felt I had an ally in my journey. I could not be happier with the care that I received.
