Bedside Manner lacking
Went in for back pain. Bedside manner seriously lacking- came across short and snippy, lack of empathy. Almost seemed as if she didn't believe symptoms, took X-ray and came back with multiple areas of disc degeneration. The pain is real. Was unable to give me any sort of real answers about the X-ray, repeating same matter of fact- stop asking question, answers. Was completely put off by her attitude and will not be going back to her nor would I refer her to anyone. I saw her because she was the first available to get into, this week.
