Billed insurance for 40 min, but spent 10. Argumentative and nasty. Ignored concerns and had an “I don’t care” attitude. Mentioned her bad day and she attacked blaming it all on me. BIZARRE!

She is my PCP and she does an amazing job.

I have been a patient of Kathy's since 2016 and she has been the best advocate I have ever had on a medical team. She listens attentively, is always willing to get a second opinion if she is unsure, and the office staff is always friendly. She is open about discussing any issues and accepting of me and has been understanding about health concerns I have as a gay man. Kathy is a fantastic health resource and I feel lucky to have her on my team,

I’ve been seeing Kathy for about 2 years. I can’t believe the reviews she is getting. Always attentive, always on time and listens. We talk about treatments and medications and I feel we are a team in my health care. My daughter has now started seeing her because I’ve finally found someone I trust.

If I could I would give her zero stars. After waiting months for an appointment, I left the office almost in a state of shock from the horrible experience I had. The first 10 minutes she argued with me, I finally had to ask her to stop so the we could proceed with the rest of my appointment. She insulted both my husband and myself personally and professionally. She belittled me and disrespected me. I don't know how she still has a license to practice medicine! Do not see this provider.

My appointment with Kathleen was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She listened poorly, talked over me, and dismissed my concerns completely. When I brought this up, she “pandered” to me by offering to look at my problem and then proceeding to bargain with me about what pharmaceuticals she could offer. My objective was to figure out what I could do to prevent further issues from developing, her objective was to get me to leave. I felt like a nuisance-bad experience.

Kathy spends a great deal of time listening to me and addressing my concerns. She is open, honest and compassionate when it comes to my care. I appreciate her direct communication style. Very great care provider.

Kathy is awesome. She listens to my concerns and never judges me for what I experience or tell her about. She is sometimes a little forgetful, but a reminder helps. She's always been quick to address my concerns and as flexible as possible with scheduling. She responds quickly to phone calls or messages using the Bronson message service. She takes my concerns into account and informs me of my options. I never feel embarrassed to tell her about my concerns. She's gone above and beyond for me.

Kathleen sees me as well as my son. Every time I'm there she is attentive and friendly. If I have concerns she checks them on the spot. She is wonderful with my son and doesn't treat us like a number but takes the time to talk and listen. She is professional but welcoming and makes me feel comfortable at every visit.

I was seen by Kathleen who is not my primary care physician. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 with an arrival time of 4:15. I wasn't brought back to a room until 4:50. The nurse took my vitals, left, and finally at 5:10, Kathleen came in. While attempting to vocalize the reason for the visit she talked over me and dismissed my health concerns. She never let me explain my ailments and cut me off by saying "I was wrong." The actual appointment with Kathleen lasted less than 5 minutes.

Our recent appointment with her for my teenage son ranked in my top 5 worst experience with medical professionals. This being said after 20 years experience with my daughters rare condition, seeing 100's of medical professionals. She didn't listen to my concerns or questions, she even walked away from me as I was asking a last question on how to get lab results. If you want to be a partner in care or effectively advocate for the care of loved ones, she is not who you want to see.

Kathy was not very attentive and did not fully listen to my concerns. She was not timely in ordering tests that needed to be completed and did not understand my time restraints for appointments. She was unconcerned about patient comfort (I went in for a severe issue that needed treatment). She was conflicting in her request for follow-up and did not listen to my issues. She was not understanding of the frustration of being ill for almost 4 weeks.
